I’m so excited to share this editorial session at Indie Hollow in Loveland, Ohio, a new and upcoming venue that is intimate, serene, and surrounded by the beauty of nature — especially the picturesque pond.

Station One: Intimate Elopement Reception

Our first stop was the secluded elopement reception area tucked away near the back of the property. The table setup was absolutely stunning, featuring blush pink linens, delicate floral arrangements, and beautifully styled menus and place cards. Desserts were perfectly arranged on the table! I even managed to capture an aerial view of the head table — yes, photographers will do anything for the perfect shot!

This area was tucked into the trees behind the pond, giving it a private and romantic feel. The couple’s portraits here highlighted the intimate charm of this hidden gem on the property.

Station Two: Solo Bride Portraits

Next, we captured a stunning solo bride along the pathway next to the pond. Her gown and lilac florals complemented the natural surroundings beautifully. We then moved to the reception tent to photograph the bride with a playful lounge setup — complete with an adorable puppy — creating whimsical and timeless portraits.

Station Three: Second Couple & Golden Hour

We returned to the first couple at another lounge area by the little house, where the bride changed into a dramatic, poofy gown. From there, we moved back to the pond for golden hour portraits with a vintage “getaway car,” capturing soft, romantic light that made the scene feel truly cinematic.

Reception Details & Fun Twists

Indie Hollow also featured two unique travel drink vehicles near the reception tent — one a bar setup and the other a camper-style drink station. We captured the reception details, including a yellow floral cake, beautifully styled tablescapes, and creative layout elements.

The session ended with a playful twist: smoke bombs! The bride wore a lace jumpsuit, making for a fun, whimsical, and memorable finale.

Its natural surroundings, private areas, and charming reception setups make it ideal for couples seeking a wedding that feels personal and full of character.
