Ohhhh, you KNOW I love an Ault Park engagement session — and Mollie & Ben’s was no exception! Summer has just begun, and the park was absolutely glowing, making it the perfect backdrop for their engagement photos.

Mollie and Ben are one of those couples who are effortlessly adorable together. From the moment we started, their energy was relaxed, joyful, and full of laughter — exactly what I hope for during engagement sessions.

For their first outfit, Mollie wore the cutest short white dress, and I have to say… I love it when my brides choose white for their engagement sessions. There’s something so special about it — like they’re already stepping into that bridal season, and it photographs beautifully. Ben looked incredibly handsome in his blue outfit, which paired perfectly with the greenery and classic architecture of Ault Park.

We wandered through the gardens, stopping at some of my favorite tucked-away spots. Then Mollie surprised me with one of my FAVORITE engagement session details ever…a custom pearl-studded denim jacket with her future last name on it. OBSESSED. Of course, we had to capture a few fun and stylish shots with it, and they turned out amazing.

Afterward, they changed into their second outfits, giving us a more elevated, romantic look. Mollie slipped into a flowing pastel dress that moved beautifully with every step. Ben opted for a dressier version of his first look. The two outfits complemented each other perfectly and added variety to their final gallery.

For the second half of the session, we spent time near the fountain, stairs, and pavilion, soaking in all the classic Ault Park charm. Mollie & Ben even brought champagne, so naturally we popped it and celebrated 🥂 These candid, joyful moments are always some of my favorites — real, unscripted, and full of personality.

I am SO excited for Mollie & Ben’s upcoming wedding at The Transept, and if their engagement session is any indication, their wedding day is going to be absolutely incredible.
