This spring session at Ault Park was beautiful from beginning to end! When I first met Vivian and Josh during our consultation earlier this year, Vivian mentioned it was a goal to have their engagement session captured at Ault Park when the cherry blossoms started to bloom. We were in luck because we were just a few weeks away from this time of year!
Can you believe that it snowed the day before the session? IT. SNOWED. We were all worried that the frost and cold climate were going to get to the trees. We couldn’t have a cherry blossoms session if the petals had fallen off! When we arrived at the park, thankfully all of the trees were still intact and just as beautiful as ever. It’s not noticeable in these pictures, but the Ault Park driveway (which can also be called “cherry blossom lane”) was filled with many photographers holding sessions as well!
I absolutely can’t get over the golden sunset glow that graced us during this evening session. The sun provided one of the dreamiest sunset glow I have ever seen at Ault Park. Even though the temperature was in the low thirties, Josh and Vivian posed like a pro in the brisk weather!
