I don’t often travel for engagement sessions, but it’s something I truly love — especially when it’s meaningful to the couple. Chan and Mitch chose to have their session in Columbus, Ohio, close to home and full of sentimental locations.
This may be one of the most perfect fall engagement sessions ever. Chandra wore a stunning emerald dress, while Mitch paired it with a mustard yellow button-up — a gorgeous preview of their wedding color palette. We started at Schiller Park, capturing the pond, pavilion, walking paths, and even tossing fall leaves into the air.
From there, we visited The Book Loft for cozy brick and twinkle-light vibes, followed by a champagne pop. We ended the session at one of their favorite date-night spots, The Edison Brewing Company, where they changed into casual outfits, played a game of Sorry!, and celebrated with their favorite drinks. I’d love to travel to Columbus again — and I can’t wait for their wedding at Ivory Meadows!
Let’s plan your engagement session!
