Kicking off my 2021 wedding season with Lauren and Chase’s wedding at Stone Valley Meadows in Franklin, Ohio, was such a joy. Even with a crisp chill in the air, their energy (and their incredible bridal party) kept the day feeling warm, joyful, and full of laughter from start to finish.

Stone Valley Meadows is a beautiful Ohio wedding venue tucked into nature, offering wooded ceremony spaces, open meadows, and a stunning indoor reception area with dreamy lighting. Lauren and Chase leaned into a timeless and romantic color palette—soft pale mauve bridesmaid dresses paired perfectly with Chase’s light gray suit and darker gray groomsmen attire. Everything felt cohesive, elegant, and effortless.

Their ceremony took place in a secluded spot surrounded by trees, creating an intimate and emotional setting. Afterward, we had so much fun capturing portraits—everything from classic poses to twirls, dips, lifts, and candid laughter. Just before sunset, we snuck out to the meadow, where the soft golden light gave us some truly magical portraits.

One of the biggest surprises of the night? An ice cream truck for guests during the reception—such a fun and memorable touch! Inside the venue, the reception layout and lighting created the perfect atmosphere for celebration. We ended the night with a faux glow-stick exit, pulling in immediate family and the bridal party for a fun send-off moment.
