Aliana’s high school senior session at Marmalade Lily was an absolute dream from start to finish. Between perfect lighting, outfit variety, blooming florals, and even a sweet dog cameo, this session truly had it all.

We started the session along the iconic lane at Marmalade Lily — one of my favorite spots on the property. The lighting here is consistently beautiful, and it gives such a timeless, editorial feel while still feeling natural and relaxed. Aliana began in a pale teal-blue dress that photographed flawlessly against the greenery and soft tones of the venue.

One of the highlights of this session was having Aliana’s dog join us. I always love it when seniors include pets — it adds personality and meaning, and it makes the session even more memorable. This pup absolutely stole the show in the best way.

As we moved through the venue, we explored the front garden area where flowers were in full bloom. The colors, textures, and light here were perfection. Afterward, Aliana changed into a casual look with jeans and a tank top, which gave the session a relaxed, authentic vibe. We captured portraits near the pond and back gardens, creating a totally different feel while still keeping everything cohesive.

For her final look, Aliana wore a peachy-coral tank top that added the perfect pop of color to end the session. She was glowing — confident, joyful, and so fun to photograph.
