I had been dreaming of photographing a wedding at Mojave East in Cincinnati, Ohio, and Anneliese and James’s day exceeded every expectation. This venue offers a modern, desert-inspired aesthetic unlike anything else in the area—and their color palette fits it perfectly.

James wore a striking emerald green suit, paired with champagne-colored bridesmaid dresses and classic black groomsmen attire. Against the white architecture and soft teal ceremony space, everything looked incredibly polished and editorial-worthy.

Anneliese’s dress was a true showstopper—form-fitting with a deep V front, an intricate open-back design, and delicate sleeves that met beautifully at the waist. Mojave East offers endless portrait locations, from the front garden filled with desert plants to multiple patios and open green spaces.

Sunset here is truly something special, and we took full advantage of the golden glow before heading into the evening celebration.
