I’m so excited to share this beautiful editorial session at Peterloon in Cincinnati, Ohio! This venue is absolutely stunning, from the long tree-lined driveway to the expansive front lawn and back patio. Learning about its history added even more charm to this shoot, and the team of vendors brought every detail to life.

These shoots are designed to showcase a venue, styling, and wedding-day inspiration in a way that highlights the space, vendors, and overall aesthetic. This is perfect to give inspiration for couples planning their own wedding.

Flatlay & Getting Ready Details

We began with the flatlay details and first couple, and wow — the styling was flawless. Vintage music sheets, deckled-edged stationery, fresh fruit, and a light blue cake adorned with lush florals made for a truly eye-catching setup. This space doubles as a getting-ready area for couples, and we captured intimate bridal portraits along with cozy bride-and-groom moments on the couch. From there, we moved to the back patio and front steps for additional shots.

Front Lawn & Driveway Portraits

Next was my absolute favorite section of the session — the front lawn and driveway. The light in this area is magical, and the couple couldn’t have been more perfect. The groom’s light blue tux complemented my branding colors beautifully, while the bride’s delicate braid updo and elegant dress created timeless portraits. We captured twirls, dips, and solo portraits along the front and side of the venue, making the most of the lush grass and shaded areas.

Side Lawn & Intimate Ceremony

The side lawn was set up for a small, intimate ceremony. A beautiful floral arch framed the brickwork behind it, and the couple had so much fun twirling and enjoying the moment. We finished with reception-style photos here, capturing the head table with pastel blues and blush pinks, gorgeous florals, and a chic lounge setup. This area perfectly showcased how Peterloon can be styled for both elegance and fun.

Why I Love Peterloon

Peterloon is one of those venues I would love to host my own wedding at — the grounds, the architecture, and the lighting are all unreal.
